At FREQUENCY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
